We hope you love your extreme cashmere x pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your items within 14 days of delivery. All garments must be unworn, in their original condition, and include the signature cashmere comb and dust bag.
Register Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the garment tags are attached and any included accessories are inside the box.
Attach the Label
Download and print the provided prepaid shipping label and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at the nearest authorized courier point; once inspected at our studio, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
